Structal-Bridges fabricated this railroad bridge over Mountain Fork River near Broken Bow, Oklahoma, for Texas, Oklahoma & Eastern Railroad, a company specialized in the transportation of forest products. The bridge consists of three spans 139 feet long by 11 feet high with principal girders weighing up to 75 tons each. A decisive factor in securing this contract was Structal-Bridges’ ability to offer field delivery by train without having to resort to any other mode of transportation thanks to its in-plant rail loading bay. |
