Structal-Bridges completes its deliveries for the William R. Bennett Bridge

Structal-Bridges has completed its deliveries for the William R. Bennett Bridge over Okanagan Lake in Kelowna, British Columbia. The Quebec City plant fabricated the approximately 1,170 tons of structural steel components for this bridge.

The William R. Bennett Bridge will be 910 feet (275 m) long once it is completed in the summer of 2008. Located on Highway 97, this five-lane structure will replace the three-lane Okanagan Lake Bridge in Kelowna.

Structal’s customer for this project is Rapid-Span Structures of British Columbia.
