Structal-Bridges sponsors the Steel Structures Education Foundation

Structal-Bridges recently made a financial contribution, through the Steel Structures Education Foundation (SSEF), towards the Architectural and Engineering Educators’ Meeting, to be held March 26-27, 2010, in Vancouver. This biennial event features conferences and training sessions on the latest structural steel design and construction technologies. Structal-Bridges’ financial support will help cover a portion of the travel expenses of two Quebec professors of engineering who will be participating in this meeting on Canada’s west coast.

Advancing the application and use of steel
The SSEF is a special initiative of the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction. Its mandate is to develop and support steel-related research and education in Schools of Engineering and Architecture across Canada.
